Santa Ponsa Beach
The main Santa Ponsa beach is fringed with pine woods that run next to the promenade. The pine woods are a nice bit of sun shade on hot days and in the Summer months are very popular with locals who come from Palma and surrounding areas on the weekend. Sunbeds and parasols can be rented on the beach on a daily or weekly basis. There are pedal boats to hire and for the children there is a bananna ride which is located at the south end of the beach. There is a water slide park also located at this end of the beach. For the family there is a safety area for swimming is roped off where you are not permitted to enter with windsurf boards, boats or jet skis, making it a safe swimming zone.
